Certified Compost - Soil Conditioner

Nature’s GREEN-RELEAF™ Certified Compost-Soil Conditioner is organic humus that has the unique ability to improve the chemical, physical, and biological characteristics of soils or growing media. Our Compost is screened to ½ inch and certified by the US Compost Council’s Seal of Testing Assurance Program.

Recommended Use:

Landscaping Backfill for tree plantings 30-50% by volume blend in with native soil

  Erosion Control Compost

Nature’s GREEN-RELEAF™ Erosion Control Compost is a Certified Compost-made up of organic humus that has the unique ability to improve the chemical, physical, and biological characteristics of soils and provide growing media for vegetation to prevent erosion and sedimentation run-off.  Our Erosion Control Compost is screened to 1/2 inch and tested in the US Compost Council's Seal of Testing Assurance Program.

Certified Compost-Topdressing

Nature’s GREEN-RELEAF™ Certified Compost-Topdressing is as above screened 1/4 inch. This unique organic humus can be used as topdressing for lawns and athletic turf.

Recommended Use:

Mulch Grade Compost

Nature’s GREEN-RELEAF™ Mulch Grade Compost is a mixture of 50% Certified Compost fines and 50% wood mulch bulking material used in compost filter socks for erosion control applications.

Recommended use and application rate:

NOTE: Mulches can tie up plant Nitrogen as they decompose. This is a normal process and can be compensated for by applying a layer of compost, or fertilizer at the manufacture’s recommended rate, to the area prior to mulching.
